You can ask us to delete your Mate account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@mate-mats.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address (or using the phone number or sign-in method) linked to your account.
- We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we proceed.
What happens next
As described in our Privacy Policy, if you delete your account we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. Reports submitted for moderation may be retained as needed to investigate abuse and protect the community.
To manage or cancel a Premium subscription, open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
